FutureFest is back for 2026!
FutureFest kicks off the academic year with a careers event that feels different from traditional fairs, combining exhibition space with interactive experiences designed to build skills, confidence and real insight.
“It felt like a festival – buzzing but still helpful and organised.” (Student feedback, Futurefest 2025)
FutureFest offers:
- Two days of targeted careers fairs
- Live ‘silent talks’ offering alumni and employers sharing insight and experience
- On-the-day support including CV clinics, careers advice and LinkedIn photos
- A festival-style atmosphere with free food, outdoor activations and relaxed social spaces
- F*ckup Nights – honest, real-world stories of challenge and resilience
Employers can take part in one or both days of FutureFest depending on recruitment needs:
Wednesday 23 September: Internships and Graduate Opportunities Fair
Thursday 24 September: Part-Time Jobs and Volunteering Fair
Expect a high-energy, campus-based experience that brings together over 5,000 students and 80+ employers.
Whether you’re recruiting now or building your brand, FutureFest offers a unique opportunity to connect with University of Glasgow talent right at a key point in their career journey.
