Disbursement Dates & Payment Information 2026/27
US federal loans are paid in two or three disbursements via our payment partner Convera. We deduct your tuition fee and pay the remaining cost of living payment to your chosen bank account.
Private loans are paid in one disbursement, deducting tuition, and the remainder is paid to your chosen bank account.
Convera
All students borrowing living costs (federal and private loans) are required to sign up to a direct deposit service offered through Convera which allows payment of living costs directly to a UK or US bank account.
You will receive an email from Convera in August 2026 requesting you input your bank details to the Convera portal. (Please check spam folders for this email)
If you do not submit bank details this will delay your disbursement.
Students must be fully financially and academically registered on MyCampus for funds to be released.
Loans will be disbursed once students are fully registered, therefore US federal and private loan students are asked to ensure they have funds to cover cost of living during their first few weeks at our foreign school.
Loan disbursements dates 2026-27
The following dates are approximate dates for in 2026-27. Please allow a few days for loan disbursements to reach your UK bank account.
If you are using a USA Bank Account for Convera loan disbursements for cost of living, this could delay the funds reaching your bank account by up to 5 days. This is out-with our control.
Undergraduate Students (All years 1 & Prof LLB) (2 Disbursements)
Full student registration & bank detail submission to Convera are required by 25th September to receive payment on these dates. Satisfactory Academic Progress deadline of 8th January in order to receive Disbursement 2.

Vet Students Years 1, 2, 3, 5 (2 Disbursements)
Full student registration & bank detail submission to Convera by 25th September to receive payment on these dates. Satisfactory Academic Progress deadline of 8th January in order to receive Disbursement 2.

Vet Students Year 4 only (3 Disbursements)
Full student registration & bank detail submission to Convera by 25th September to receive payment on these dates. Satisfactory Academic Progress deadline of 8th January to receive Disbursement 2, & 10th May for Disbursement 3.

Full student registration & bank detail submission to Convera by 8th January 2025 to receive payment on these dates. Satisfactory Academic Progress deadline of 10th May for Disbursement 2, & 20th Aug to receive Disbursement 3.
