Student Records Team

The Student Records Team, is responsible for supporting the delivery of core Registry work.   We manage corporate student systems and co-ordinate related administrative processes to ensure the delivery of Registry services.

Examinations

The Exams Team, located in the Fraser building, is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of degree examinations. Our team manages all aspects of examination preparation and co-ordinates invigilation to ensure a fair and consitent assessment process.  We uphold academic standards while providing support to students throughout their exams.

Financial Aid Team

The Student Financial Aid Team manages over £37 million in annual funding to support students, from sources like the UK Government and US Department of Education.  The team distributes over £1.5 million  every month.

The Graduations Team at the University of Glasgow oversees all aspects of graduation ceremonies, from planning and coordination to ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day. Our goal is to provide a memorable  and celebratory experience for our graduates and their families.

Tuition Fees

The Accounts Receivable Team handles fee collection for all students enrolled in credit-bearing courses, excluding Short Courses.
