HGV Delivery Restrictions and Access
All Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) deliveries (vehicles over 7.5 tonnes) should be scheduled so that vehicles are off campus between 08:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs.
Deliveries before 08:00 hrs, after 17:00 hrs, and at weekends are permitted, with access coordinated through Main Campus Security.
Please note there is a height restriction of 10 ft 6 in (3.2 m) and a width restriction of 11 ft 4 in (3.6 m) at the Main Campus Dunbarton Road exit. Vehicles exceeding these dimensions must contact the Security Management Team in advance, who can arrange appropriate access.
We recognise that some deliveries involve long-distance transport and that these requirements may not always be achievable. In such cases, please contact the Security Management Team, and we will do our best to accommodate these requests.
