Student talent solving third sector challenges - find out more in the Hub throughout February.
The Find A Solution programme, delivered by the Student Opportunities Hub within the Careers, Employability & Opportunity team, is returning for 2026 for its 18th year. This programme funds summer internships for UofG students to work with third sector organisations, supporting them to address a key organisational challenge. In 2025 we funded 41 internships across Greater Glasgow, and we’re aiming to support even more organisations and students in 2026.
Many of our interns produced reflection posters demonstrating the impact of their work and what they gained from the experience. You can view the posters and see what these interns achieved in the Hub throughout February.
Funding applications for 2026 are open to local third sector organisations from 2nd February through 2nd March. Interested organisations can sign up for one of our online information sessions where we'll provide an overview of the programme and guidance on the application process.
The sessions are taking place on:
- Thursday 12 February, 12:30-13:30pm
- Wednesday 25 February, 10:30-11:30am
