The Quantum Theory Group focusses on fundamental research on light matter interactions, quantum information and the foundatiion of quantum mechanics.
We are funded by the EPSRC, the Royal Society and the Volkswagen Stiftung.

Welcome to the Quantum Theory Group website.
We are theoretical physicists, working in quantum theory, including quantum optics, quantum information, quantum thermodynamics and foundations of quantum mechanics.
Our expertise includes light-matter interaction, angular momentum, topology, chirality and much more.
We are part of the International Graduate School for Quantum Technologies.
