Student Medical Form
Students who wish to take part in field work must complete the medical form annually.
SoIS Fieldwork medical form - required for all students taking part in field trips.
Fieldwork & Off-Campus Risk Assessment
All staff and students leading field work, including sampling and site investigation, must fill in a risk assessment in advance of the work commencing. The risk assessment should be returned to michael.muir@gla.systa-s.com
