EU Scholarships
The University of Glasgow continues to be committed to ensuring a strong relationship with our existing and future EU students, and supporting EU talent to make their home at the University of Glasgow.
All EU students are eligible for these scholarships, and you must hold EU fee status to receive the scholarship.
Undergraduate Scholarships
Our World Changers Glasgow Scholarship UG (EU) is a £5,000 tuition fee discount per year of study to new, incoming EU students to the University of Glasgow.
Highly qualified applicants from the EU will also be eligible for the World Changers Global Excellence Scholarship, which is £7,000 fee waiver per year of study for College of Arts and Humanities and College of Social Sciences, and £10,000 fee waiver per year for College of Science and Engineering and MVLS.
Please note that it is not possible to combine the above awards with one another, or with any other University of Glasgow Scholarship.
Current Offer Holders
If you are currently already holding an offer to study with the University of Glasgow, your existing application will be reviewed, and you will receive separate notification if you are eligible for either award.
You should also ensure that the scholarship you receive from the University is detailed on the CAS statement you will use to apply for a student visa.
Postgraduate Taught Scholarships
Our World Changers Glasgow Scholarship PGT (EU) is an automatic £5,000 tuition fee discount to new, incoming EU students enrolling on an eligible postgraduate taught programme. All eligible applicants will receive a notification of this award within a couple of days after receiving your programme offer.
We also encourage all EU applicants to visit our scholarship data base to apply for our competitive scholarships. Funding options vary from £5,000 to full tuition fee waiver. You do not need to be an offer holder to apply but you do need to have made an application to study at the University.
Please note that it is not possible to combine World Changers Glasgow Scholarship PGT (EU) with any other University of Glasgow Scholarship, however you can apply for as many scholarships as you wish. If you are awarded more than one, we will keep the highest value award on your account.
